Sharing few things that Rishiji mentioned which are subtle aspects. Please consider. He senses things and only then mentions. His wisdom, awareness of the moment and all that is happening, perception of people's consciousness and minds, tendencies, and his intuition are very very precious and an amazing guideline. We are fortunate to have such a mentor. In my experience, full surrender to such a mentor will ultimately show positive results.
He has not just looked into financial angle but also spiritual.
1) he said in this whole process of down sizing, we need to handle everyone's minds sensitively and skillfully. Emotions will have to be handled firmly and yet sensitively. A lot of emotions will come up. But EK NiSCHAY banAKar KARNA HI HAI. Par Sab ka man sambhalte hue
2) family shouldn't stop communication with each other at any cost. Irritation, anger, ego, etc may come up, but we have to keep open communication on at all times. The whole process isn't personal. So we need to keep coming back to the point that we are doing this as it is need of the moment. Nothing personal.
3) no blame games or defense . No pampering personal emotions. All this will come up.
4) all discussions should be solution oriented. We may face issues. But we will not complaint or anything just remember that - OK, IF THIS IS THE ISSUE IT'S FINE WE WILL SOLVE
ALL SHOULD BE DRIVEN WITH THAT ATTITUDE
5) Very imp- when we hire people , their karmas also become a part of our lives. He said this is very very imp. We have so many staff, living closely, we need to remember that whatever goes on in their inner consciousness will become our karma phal.
6) he said KEEP ONLY THISE PEOPLE WHO ARE CONNECTED WITH US AS FAMILY . THOSE WHO WOULD BE HAPPY IN OUR GRIWTH. HE SAID RIGHT NIW HE CSN SENSE PEOPLE WHO ARE JUST THEIR TO USE US AND - Jo dil se nahin Jude ho
Basically keep only those who dil se juda hua
7) he said energy is very unsettled and negative due to so many people .
8) IT IS NOT A GOOD PRACTICE TO ENCOURAGE THIS TENDENCY THAT MAY HAVE DEVELOPED IN STAFF OF SITTING AMD GETTTING PAID AND FOOD FOR FOING HARDLY ANY OR NO WORK.
9) down sizing plan has to be ready in 2 weeks. Give everything a time frame. Actual downsizing can be done in a month
10) MAKE A NIRVIKALP SANKALP AND DO THIS. Meaning that once we have made a strong sankalp or commitment, small vikalps meaning negative thoughts that cut out sankalp will come. Keep releasing them.
Saying that this is not possible, that is not possible should all be deleted from our dictionary.
Ofcourse we will plan and do but it is possible
Whenever we all are together and we need to talk to him he wil come on line.
We can give all one month notice. We can also help them getting jobs elsewhere. This is for old staff.
This is a way of life now. One shouldn't just do this temporarily. Even if in future things are brighter, discipline should be maintained. Enough of pampering ourselves .
HE KEPT SAYING OPTIMUM UTILISATION , OPTIMUM UTILASATION..........
He said keep checking with each staff whether he is being used in optimum way. How productive is he. Do we need him. Can we increase his utility?
HE HAS PETSISTENTLY TOLD DAD NOT TO DO NEW BUSINESS. HE SAID AS A HOBBY YOU CAN PLAY AROUND WITH SOME WORK BUT NOT DO IT BECAUSE THEIR IS NO CHOICE
